Where is My Order and Shipping Information?

You should expect to see an order confirmation email immediately upon payment and a shipping confirmation email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If this is not the case, please check your junk email as often our automated emails will revert to your junk folder.

How Long Does it Take for My Order to be Processed?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Do you Offer Local Pickup?

We offer free local pickup for those living in the Edmonton, Alberta area. Our pickup location is in downtown Edmonton. Pickup times are upon request. You will receive all necessary information to get in touch with us once you place your order online. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Currently we ship to Canada and the United States only

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

To be eligible, your items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your product
in its original packaging and the same condition in which it was received.

All sale items are a final sale and are not eligible for returns.

All returns will be refunded less the shipping costs paid on the original order. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

We will gladly replace an item if its damaged or defective. All exchanges must be initiated
within 5 business days of the receipt of your product.
